On-board IIoT devices are responsible for collecting and primary analysis of the parameters of the monitored object.
Our many years of experience and own easily scalable technologies, we design, create, and manufacture IIoT devices for various industries.
Advanced fuel monitoring is one of our main specializations.
Based on Edge computing paradigm–data computing closer to data source
Scalable using S6 Technology (wires) and/or S7 Technology (wireless)
Modular composition of embedded software – IoT Burger Technology, including library of pre-made modules.
Easy integration with industrial and automotive digital interfaces.
Smart IIoT devices store their own settings in memory and use algorithms for processing primary measurement results.
This allows you to send already processed parameters to a cloud application in a unified form, record events as quickly as possible and send notifications by email and SMS.
Signal calibration, adjustment and bringing to standard measurement units.
Data verification and filtration.
Quick analytics and events detection.
Keeping counters.
Computation of derivative parameters.
CANUp telematics gateway is designed for identifying and recording huge amount of machinery operation parameters. CANUp is employed in vehicle GPS tracking and telematics, also for remote stationary object monitoring systems to:
- gather and analyze data from additional telematics sensors
- automatically scan and parse J1939/71 and ISOBUS messages
- integrate messages of J1708 and Modbus RTU interfaces
- track object position over GPS and GLONASS
- generate and send operation reports via 2G, 3G, LTE (4G) or Wi-Fi
MasterCAN data converter is an interfacing and transformation tool between CAN J1939/71, J1708 (SAE J1587) and RS-485/232 (Modbus RTU) communication standards, designed for vehicle telematics (GPS vehicle tracking) and industrial automation (IIoT).
MasterCAN data converter is used for integration sensors and peripherals with different interfaces into a single telematics and/or remote management system, filtering J1939/71 and Modbus messages and simplifying configuration of a terminal unit – tracker, controller, display.
Different models of MasterCAN data converter are available
MasterCAN DAC15 – is smart tool for GPS/GLONASS vehicle monitoring systems, where analogue on-board equipment is used along with digital CAN/S6 equipment.
MasterCAN DAC15 used for converting:
1) Digital data (SPN) of automotive interface CAN/S6 to analogue inputs of telematics terminal or dashboard.
2) Analogue output signals of automotive sensors to CAN/S6 ports of telematics terminal.
Tasks
Vehicle operation monitoring according to data from standard, additional and attachments equipment:
data transmittion from analog sensors to the CAN input of the telematics terminal and/or dashboard
data transmittion from standard CANbus and telematic sensors with CAN/S6 interface to analog dashboard and/or telematics terminal with analog inputs
DUT-E fuel level sensor is used for accurate fuel level and volume measurement in tanks of vehicles and stationary units. DUT-E allows determining current fuel volume and change in volume (refueling or draining) of fuel in the tank.
DUT-E is used in GPS tracking and vehicle telematics systems as additional fuel sensor or as a replacement of standard built-in (factory) fuel level sensor. When used as a part of telematics system, DUT-E allows getting reliable and accurate information on current fuel volume in the tank and to reveal misuse and fuel theft from tank. DUT-E also gives a general overview on fuel usage by vehicle or stationary unit.
DFM is designed for fuel consumption measurement in fuel lines of vehicles and stationary machines, also for operating time monitoring in different working modes of engine.
DFM fuel flow meter is used for consumption measurement of the following fluids:
- diesel fuel
- heating oil
- other liquid fuels and mineral oils with kinematic viscosity of 1.5 to 6 mm2/s.
DFM is a tool for direct measurement of fuel consumption, which is used as a part of GPS tracking system, vehicle telematics system or as an stand-alone (autonomous) solution for fuel consumption monitoring.
Pressure sensor GNOM DDE is used to determine the axle load in vehicles equipped with air suspension in transport telematics systems.
Pressure sensor measures the pressure in the vehicle pneumatic system and transmits data as an analog signal to telematics terminal. It is recommended to use online terminals gateway CANUp to organize transport tracking with axle load and weight monitoring or use MasterCAN Display 35
